وَقُرْآنًا فَرَقْنَاهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُ عَلَى النَّاسِ عَلَىٰ مُكْثٍ وَنَزَّلْنَاهُ تَنزِيلًا

“And the Quran We have apportioned, that you might recite it to mankind at leisure—descending it in measured intervals, by divine design.”

Literal: “And [it is] a Quran which We have separated [into parts] so you might recite it to the people over a prolonged period. And We have sent it down progressively.”
